My name is Terri M Wells. Welcome to my blog, “Open Studio” where you will see the art I’m working on, my processes, and the ideas behind them. Since 2005, I’ve been passionate about painting watercolors on location, “plein air”. Some of the watercolors lead to abstract wall sculptures and studio paintings. Periodically I’ll sell small, more affordable, work here. My larger work can be purchased through my website www.terrimwells.com

Barton Springs Pool
Austin’s iconic Barton Springs Pool grants relief from the summer heat at a steady 68 degrees year round. It’s a treasure for the city and a refreshing place to paint in the summer.
