Traveling with family on mainly a hiking trip, I allowed one session for painting during the heavy runoff of early spring snowmelt at Yosemite. These watercolor sketches with the people so small at the bottom are true to the site.
My name is Terri M Wells. Welcome to my blog, “Open Studio” where you will see the art I’m working on, my processes, and the ideas behind them. Since 2005, I’ve been passionate about painting watercolors on location, “plein air”. Some of the watercolors lead to abstract wall sculptures and studio paintings. Periodically I’ll sell small, more affordable, work here. My larger work can be purchased through my website www.terrimwells.com
